TREND: STUDS + STONES

In  Dutch we have a saying: 

'Tegen heilige huisjes aan schoppen'

If you translate that literally

 it would be: 

'Kicking against Holy Houses'

And it means something like: 

'Stepping on Toes'

That's the saying that popped up in my head 

when I saw 

this shoe for s/s 2015 

by Dolce + Gabbana

In Catholic Italy this must be something like

 'kicking against holy houses'...

Shoes and bags 

that  have 

the 'Sacred Heart' as an embellishment

Strange...

But what I find stranger 
is that 
Domenico Dolce en Stefano Gabbana 
have told the press 
that they think  
children should NOT be raised 
by a homosexual couple,
but only by a 
traditional heterosexual couple.

By that 
this (homo) designer couple 
(formerly also a love couple) 
stepped on 
my Dutch toes...
