This slouchy and casual way of dressing is
typical Dutch
and therefore very commercial in our little country.
(And it's said that the Dutch market
is a good pilot
for all Northern-European countries (+ Canada),
so fashion wise we are a leading people!)
Note the way the nose of the shoe points upwards,
to give the impression that this ankleboot is worn.
